BRWI Virtual Competition 3 – A Photo that Makes Me Smile and Why
Congratulations to our winner, Sue G, who wins a £20 voucher of her choice, and well done to everyone who entered.
Below are all the photos, and ‘why it makes me smile’.
Sue Harris
Sue G – this photo is taken at West beach and features my dog, Oaty. Two of my favourite things which is why the photo makes me happy Celia – ‘A wish come true’. My granddaughter would love to own a dog but, until she is older, it will have to be a Google 3D virtual Labrador.Rosemary – This picture of my daughter Jo, granddaughter Mattie, and Rhubarb the dog always makes me smile as Rhubarb looks so worried about the tiger who came to tea! June – When I heard of the Chihuly glass exhibition, Reflections on Nature, at Kew I had to visit. This picture combines two of my passions Glass and Japanese gardens. I hope at some to be able to replicate a small part of it in my own garden.Sheila – Olive with her designer ears when retrieving her dummyKaren – A beautiful morning, an empty beach, and pieces of history (ancient and modern). The perfect start!Georgette – This makes me smile, it means I’m a bit nearer to where I want to be Dinah – Happy pony and human. Pickles and AutumnAnn Mc – This made me smile on a walk. I’m always in awe of people with talent and I love the 1920/30’s period. I can picture myself looking out to sea. Just thought it a novel way to decorate a beach hut. Joyce – The first mangetout we have ever grown, lockdown new skill 👍
