2 heaped tabsp mayonnaise
2 heaped tabsp Apricot Jam
2 tsp curry paste – korma
Left over cooked chicken – (approx 1/2 medium chicken)
- Mix mayonnaise, apricot jam and curry paste in a large bowl.
- Take cooked chicken off the bone.
- Add chicken to mixture.
- Leave to marinate in fridge for a few hours before eating.
- Serve with Jacket Potatoes and a mixed Salad.
